World Arthritis Day 2026: Supporting dreams through movement

International Days – Worldwide – 12 September, 2026

Every dream starts with movement

For many people, movement is something they rarely think about. It is part of everyday life: walking to work, playing with children, enjoying sport, travelling, gardening or simply maintaining independence.
Yet for millions of people living with arthritis and other rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs), movement can become a daily challenge. The impact of these conditions can extend far beyond the joints, affecting the activities, relationships and experiences that give life meaning. Many of these challenges are not immediately visible, but they can be among the most significant for those affected.
World Arthritis Day, observed on 12 October, brings the global rheumatology community together around the 2026 theme“Achieve Your Dreams” (#RMDreams). The campaign highlights the aspirations and life goals of people affected by RMDs, as well as the changes needed to help make those aspirations possible, including earlier diagnosis, better access to care, greater understanding and stronger inclusion.

Supporting the future of musculoskeletal care

At TRB Chemedica, we believe that progress in musculoskeletal health should ultimately support what matters most to people: their daily lives, personal goals and independence.
That is why we remain committed to advancing musculoskeletal care through scientific collaboration, continuous innovation and engagement with healthcare professionals. By exploring evolving approaches and contributing to scientific exchange, we aim to support the continued development of options available to patients and clinicians.
On World Arthritis Day, we join the global community in recognising a shared ambition: a future in which people affected by RMDs have greater opportunities to remain active, pursue their goals and move towards what matters most to them.
